AmeriClaim is a national network of professional and experienced insurance adjusters dedicated to delivering superior service, and their presence on the internet has been steadily growing throughout our relationship with them. Starting off as many companies do, with a fairly basic website, AmeriClaim's needs were not small.

With national offices, it has always been important for AmeriClaim to keep up to date contact information on all their representatives. An interactive flash map to choose the nearest office and some rudimentary contact information quickly grew into an updating nightmare. After some initial evaluation into what areas were being updated most often, The Worx Company proposed a custom content management system designed to make keeping offices and their contact information up to date as simple as possible. Eliminating all the extra work we did to keep these sections up to date by giving the customer the ability to update it themselves saved AmeriClaim big bucks in the long run.

As time went by, AmeriClaim's needs continued to grow, and soon they needed a website that was as flexible as they were. This called for a content management system of a new breed. Today's open source content management systems are more robust and flexible than most people would imagine. We chose Drupal, a popular open source CMS, as our weapon of choice for tackling AmeriClaim's problems the second time through. With our many years of experience in Drupal, we were able to eliminate the nagging issues that the site had had since its inception. Integrating a zip-code search utility, an easy(er)-to-use office management section, and replacing the flash map with a new flash map that would automatically update itself were all major improvements we accomplished in this most recent upgrade.
