Drupal on the Front of InformationWeek Magazine

Like any businesses, we receive numerous magazines from all sorts of places.  We have a little table full of magazines that don't get much attention.  (Frankly, most of them are too techy for me to read during my spare time...)  Yesterday, Kris was walking by this table and saw something that made him whip his head around and look twice.  "I swear I saw Druplicon..."  he murmured.  Lo and behold, his eyes didn't fool him - it was Drupal on November 17th issue of Information Week.  The front cover's title reads "The Open Source Enterprise", and Drupal is one of the 6 open source systems' logos they featured on the cover.  (Drupal is really in the center of the bunch!)

I saw Kris toting the magazine around the office, so I thought I'd skim through it.  One section that Drupal appears in is the Content Management section, titled "Collaboration is at the Heart of Open Source Content Management".  What an apt title!  As a non-developer (or sometimes, as a wife and an outsider), I've had ample opportunities to observe the inner workings of the Drupal community.  Collaboration and contribution really is the heart of Drupal.  Anyway.  Very interesting - I also found the article online HERE.
